If you just need to ensure that day of your event runs smoothly and you don't want to have to run around making sure that everything is on schedule and to your liking,hire one of our coordinators for the day of your event and leave the stress behind.
Day-of coordination involves meeting with you before the big event and ensuring that a schedule is created, contacts are notified and your vendors are all participating as planned – all while you are left to enjoy the event.
